4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change based on market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations, and supply availability. Payments must be made according to the company’s invoicing and payment terms. Delivery will be initiated only after full payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product availability, destination, and customs clearance procedures. NEXA TRADING LLC-FZ is not liable for delays or any issues arising due to shipping or customs processes.

6. Returns & Claims

Any return or claim must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of delivery. Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

NEXA TRADING LLC-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption. The company’s total liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the product in question.
